The production of the representations if of the one of different forms and contexts, since the same ones suffer influence mainly of its constituent citizens. Inside of this perspective our schools, and its citizens, are constructing the representations on the pupils with NEE that are receiving. Although in them to seem a new subject 2, the historical moment at which we are living this quarrel if it makes present more and therefore now it seems to form another one and new representation of these children. The representations can be studied in different academic fields, of these two sides of the same currency stand out the concept of representation studied in the field of Estudos Culturais (EC) that more it will be gone deep the present work. However, I will also cite the concept of representation in the perspective of Social Psychology for finding that the same one can dialogue and contribute in some aspects of the present research. In the field of the ECs the notion ‘ ‘ (…) of representation it is understood, always, as material mark, as registration, as trace. The representation cited here is not, never, mental representation (…) that is, what it is supposedly present in the significant one, the representation as process and as product is not never fixed, steady, determinada.’ ‘ (IT HISSES, 1999, P.
41). In this perspective what we nominate as the reality is in constant transistion and the representations that we have on this reality are permanently being constituted, since the ECs is not based on only one form of if constructing the representations. That is, the representations are passveis of constant changes since the relations are produced in way to be able, in different contexts social politicians and. In this direction, ‘ ‘ (…) the ECs, when operating a reversion in this naturalized trend to admit an only central point of reference for studies of the culture, configure a movement of the edges against centro’ ‘ (COAST, 2004, p.13) that they disclose to all the difficulty of acceptance of the new that before was protected for ‘ ‘ regra’ ‘ configures in our society sufficiently distinct representations ones of the others, even though in the same social contexts. ‘ ‘ The ECs, considers that the distinction between ‘ ‘ high and low cultura’ ‘ it is produced in relations of poder’ ‘ , that is, ‘ ‘ (…) what it joins the research carried through with the theoretical referencial of the ECs is, therefore, the analysis of the relations of being able gifts in the diverse manifestations culturais’ ‘ (IT HISSES, 2005, P. 12). The ECs comes to the representations ‘ ‘ (…) under the focus of the identity and the difference, of the exclusion processes that it are intrinsic, they assume a position politics and if they come back toward vindicative processes (…) ‘ ‘ (NELSON et.
al, 1995, P. 10). In other words ‘ ‘ the representation is understood as constituent and productive. It it constitutes, it produces and it forms ‘ ‘ realidade’ ‘ that it tells. (IT HISSES, 2005, P. 13). Therefore, the ECs pol is an attempt of if creating a new form of if arguing some social fights theoretically.
