This competitive advantage is reflected in the Capitalizaton of its business, with the introduction of the ambient quality in the production or rendering of services. It is the incorporation of the Natural Capital to the traditional economic system. This Natural Capital can be used, for example, in campaigns of marketing, licitations for green purchases of governments, companies and others. Of the side of the agricultural proprietor that they withhold areas are possible to demand the register, with entry in the property heading, of the inventories of given ecossistmicos services. These inventories start to be part of the agricultural property, being enclosed between item that add value to the common wealth or private.
