The first urban excluded roles is to define with clarity that is understood by urban marginality; According to Curl pattern (1981) is a population that lacks individual and group participation in those areas in which should participate or exercise their roles conceived in a broad way to act, to give and take and exercise their rights and constitutional duties. Roles determined sociocultural norms and values, but when participation becomes problematic or troubled should finally arrive at the evaluative and ideological components that must then be translated into decisions in the field of policies or in the plane of action. The distribution of wealth and opportunities to alleviate poverty can only be achieved in the medium and long term.

This is possible with comprehensive economic policies aimed at improving the distribution of wealth and opportunities for the dispossessed. To achieve a better real income, must interact a lot of variables, but the general policies can be divided into: a) policy of indirect taxation of goods and services, b) political transfer of income, and c) policies to modify the ratio between compensation for hand work either wages and remuneration of capital or taxes on utilities and interest rates (curl pattern, op. cit, pp. 109-110). It is essential to have this very clear before you start, and is very important to be clear that must be overcome it, because the suffering is going to appear, although we will try to avoid it. We can overcome this obstacle by knowing the wrong reasons on which uphold this fear, since it will propose us on numerous occasions that we abandon the road and break the commitment to search and growth.

The suffering is not unfair, nor cruel, nor is an evil always. The suffering of the soul is the necessary step to realize that we want to release it, and the pain is the stage preceding to release: paradoxically, if we do not feel the pain wouldn’t that it produces pain. This pain develops the power of inner resistance which is an indispensable condition for spiritual development, and compels us to us desliguemos abroad and focus on the deepening of ourselves; urges us to seek advice, light and peace within ourselves: makes us disclose against ourselves. Then by which everything we see in negative way?, do you that pain us curl, fills us with anger and pushes us to cause evil, hate, or violence? Because we only accept its worst face. Because does not understand by itself has no force: is only how accept or reject, and that allow you make in us with us, giving you the power to affect us.
